Real food in a liquid breakfast
I think it was Dr Oz who first turned me onto these little “instant” breakfasts. They are made with real ingredients. A favorite of mine is Black sesame and yam. It’s slightly sweet and the sesame seeds give it a kind of peannutty taste. It’s soothing for late evening if you feel hungry, but don’t want to have anything heavy on your stomach.
Give these a try. You’ll find them in South Bend at Saigon Market. I would imagine other Asian markets would also carry them. Perhaps you might even find them at a Whole Foods or similar large chain, though I’m not sure.
